Image/Video License Agreement

This is a usage agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Canhanf.com, setting out your rights and obligations regarding the use of images/videos (the "Content") on the website: https://canhanf.com. By logging in and downloading any Content from Canhanf.com, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

1. License types

The types of rights and the permitted scope of use for each license are described below:

Standard License:

The standard license grants you the right to use the Content:

  • On digital platforms such as websites, online advertising, social media, software, email marketing, and other media.
  • In printed materials such as packaging, product labels, business cards, and print ads in newspapers/magazines/books.
  • In videos, television programs, commercials, or other audiovisual products.

Enhanced Use

Includes all standard rights plus additional enhanced rights as follows:

  • No limits on number of displays, print copies, or campaign budget.
  • Use combined with merchandise or integrated with digital elements for sale or distribution.

For enhanced uses you must contact Canhanf.com to obtain detailed written approval.

Editorial/Journalistic Use:

Permission to use Content for editorial purposes in media such as news outlets, magazines, radio, television, non-commercial aggregator sites, non-commercial social media, textbooks, and non-commercial websites.

Personal Archival Use:

Permission to use Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. "Non-commercial" means the Content will not be used for any commercial purpose, nor downloaded, distributed, or resold in any form.

Corporate Archival Use:

Permission to use Content for corporate purposes such as:

  • Displaying on company channels like the corporate website or social media.
  • Displaying within company office spaces.

2. Conditions of Use

2.1 Except as expressly set out in this Agreement or permitted in writing by Canhanf.com, the license described in Section 1 is worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

2.2 You will not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, transfer or license others to download, extract or redistribute the Content as a standalone file.
  • Use licensed Content for any commercial, advertising, or sales purpose beyond the scope expressly permitted.
  • Use licensed Content (in whole or in part) to create any trademark, trade dress, trade name, business name, service mark, or logo.

2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the licensed Content complies with applicable laws, including Vietnamese and international law. You will not use the Content for pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful purposes.

2.4 You must ensure that your use of the Content does not infringe the rights of third parties regarding conflicts of interest, privacy or state secrets. Canhanf.com will not be liable for damages arising from misuse in such cases.

2.5 You must not falsely claim or imply authorship of the licensed Content.

2.6 You will not modify or edit the licensed Content in a way that affects its editorial integrity. You may crop or adjust the Content for technical quality, provided the editorial integrity is preserved.

3. Account use

Canhanf.com will issue an account so you can search for and pay to use Content. The account is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You must register with accurate personal information and update it if it changes. You are responsible for your account, password, and all activity under your account.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 All intellectual property rights in the licensed Content remain owned by Canhanf.com or the Author. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Canhanf.com and you will not claim any rights beyond those specified in Section 1.

4.2 You are not required to credit the author for uses under Section 1, but if you use the Content for editorial purposes you must credit the author adjacent to the produced material.

4.3 You may use the name Canhanf.com as the content provider where necessary for attribution, but you may not use Canhanf.com's name, logo or branding without prior written consent.

5. Termination and cancellation

5.1 Canhanf.com may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon expiration or termination you must immediately stop using the Content and delete or destroy all copies. All fees paid to Canhanf.com are non-refundable.

5.2 Canhanf.com may suspend or revoke a license in part or in full at its sole discretion.

5.3 Upon notice from Canhanf.com of a breach of this Agreement or a third-party rights claim, you will immediately, at your own cost, stop using the licensed Content and delete or destroy all copies.

5.4 You agree to indemnify and hold Canhanf.com harmless from any claims, proceedings, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of any licensed Content outside the scope of this Agreement or from your breach of this Agreement.

6. General provisions

6.1 This Agreement is legally binding on you and is not transferable without Canhanf.com's prior written consent.

6.2 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be submitted to and resolved by arbitration in Vietnam under the Arbitration Rules of the International Arbitration Center.

6.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
